An all mahogany OM-03 with abalone rosette, mother-of-pearl Larrivee headstock inlay (like on the high end models), black tuner buttons, and 12 fret neck.

There were 17 Forum guitars delivered in early January 2005. Subsequantly there were 10 Forum-II guitars delivered at the end of April 2005.

Initially I had a Forum (I) guitar delivered in January, but it was damaged in transit. Rather than repairing, Larrivee decided to build a new guitar for me, which was done along with the Forum-II lot of guitars (and it received a new serial number as a new guitar)

Larrivee was very good to work with throughout the return process. John Larrivee Jr. called me to talk about the problem, interrupting his trip to the winter NAMM show. Great customer service and warranty work!
